Stop Motion
Not to be confused with Time-lapse, Stop Motion is often a complex and time-consuming process such as Claymation films you may have seen during your childhood. I use stop-motion to animate objects and show features of the product that would be missed in traditional product photography. A short stop motion video 5 – 15 photos can be turned into an easily shareable small file known as a gif. The results will show your product moving or show a feature of your product in a logical progression. Stop motion is a great way to grab your customer's attention and a majority of the time received well on social media.

Time-lapse
The two main reasons you would use time-lapse are that you want to see your product in the round and extremely sharp with a small file size as compared to a 4K video file.

The Minutiae
Travel costs $50 an hour for travel time
being at your shoot: You are invited to be at the shoot or be as meticulous as you can be in the planning stage is highly suggested at least until you feel I have the general idea of what you are looking for.
If you are shooting multiple pieces you will be able to make suggestions that ultimately, I believe will make the images or video closer to your vision. You can also assist in the organization and preparation, of the work to be shot, saving you time.
Background
Using a white or black turntable with a white or black background creates a high contrast image making it easier to remove the background reducing the cost of retouching.
Camera
Using a Sony A7RIII with a 46 megabytes sensor and 4K video enables your customers to zoom in and show the fine details.
Photographic and Video Color Accuracy:
During photoshoots, I use both Xrite color checker and Datacolor SpyderCHECKR 24 Color Charts and while editing I use a High-quality BenQ monitor and employ a Datacolor SpyderX Pro Colorimeter for color accuracy
Post-processing
I will apply some adjustments to each image before I send a contact sheet to you. You can then select the images and post-processing you would like to purchase. Then I will complete the post-processing. I will then send you samples of the completed images for your approval or more adjustments. Once your images are approved I will send them to you via Dropbox or memory stick
